Directions

From M50 Western Pkwy

• Take Tallaght exit off M50 on to N81 (Blessington Road direction Tallaght)
• Proceed on N81 towards Blessington past Plaza Hotel and Tallaght Shopping centre(The Square) on right.
• Continue on N81 past the New Soccer Stadium on the left through Traffic lights and past Woody’s on left
• Turn left at next traffic lights after Woodys’
• Immediately (150M) take next left into IDA Tallaght Business Park and straight down
• Advanced Hydrotherapy is located:- 2nd Right turn and then 3rd building on the right

From Naas Rd(N7) there are a no of route options
Via City West exit no 3

• Take Tallaght exit No3 off N7 on to N81 (Blessington Road direction Tallaght)
• Turn left on to N81 Direction Tallaght
• Proceed on N81 towards Tallaght through the traffic lights after the Jobestown Inn on right
• At next Traffic lights take turn right
• Immediately (150M) take next left into IDA Tallaght Business Park and straight down
• Advanced Hydrotherapy is located:- 2nd Right turn and then 3rd building on the right

From Naas Rd(N7) there are a no of route options
Via Kings wood exit no 2

• Take Tallaght exit No2 off N7 on to N81 (Blessington Road direction Tallaght)
• Proceed to traffic lights at Tallaght Blessington Road Junction
• At Traffic lights take turn left( towards Tallaght/Dublin City Centre)and immediately prepare to turn right at at next traffic lights
• Then (150M) take next left into IDA Tallaght Business Park and straight down
• Advanced Hydrotherapy is located:- 2nd Right turn and then 3rd building on the right.
